Returns

Refunds:
NO refunds on made to order items. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail linnae@moodygirlaccessories.com first, explaining your need for refund, to get refund approval, before sending your product back. All sales FINAL on sale or promotional items (unless damaged). 

Exchanges:
We only replace accessories if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at linnae@moodygirlaccessories.com letting us know to look out for the damaged/returned item (include order #) and send it back to the address below. We will ship you a new item upon arrival of the returned item. 

Return address and conditions:
You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
